Introduction
Learn how to copy & paste content between pages easily.
NOTE: If you’ve cloned your homepage to make edits, you’ll need to copy the updated content to your “Home – Front Page,” as there can only be one front page for your site.
Step-by-Step Tutorial: Copy and Paste Content Between Pages
Step 1: Open the Pages in Separate Tabs
- Locate the Original Page:
- Open the pages you want to update.
- Hold
Ctrl
(on Windows) orCommand
(on Mac) and click to open it in a new tab, this step simplifies things but is not mandatory.
- Open the Updated Page:
- Navigate to the page where you have made edits or the page you want to copy content from.
Step 2: Select and Copy Content
- Open List View (Overview):
- On the updated page, open the “List View” to see all blocks.
- Highlight All Content:
- Click the top block in the list.
- Hold
Shift
and click the bottom block to select everything (highlighted in blue).
- Copy the Content:
- Use
Ctrl + C
(Windows) orCommand + C
(Mac) to copy the selected content to the clipboard. - A confirmation will appear at the bottom of the screen.

Step 3: Paste Content into the Original Page
- Switch to the Original Page:
- Navigate to the tab with the original page you want to update.
- Clear Existing Content:
- Open the “List View.”
- Select all blocks by clicking the top item, holding
Shift
, and clicking the bottom item. - Press the
Delete
key to clear the content.
- Paste the New Content:
- Click into the page’s block area.
- Use
Ctrl + V
(Windows) orCommand + V
(Mac) to paste the copied content.
Step 4: Review and Save Changes
- Review the Page:
- Ensure the content appears as expected.
- Save Your Work:
- Save the changes to update the page.
